Enquiries and legal basis
The form collects your name, email address, selected service and message. Telephone and company name are optional. These details are sent to contact@crillow.be to answer you and, where requested, prepare a quote. Processing a requested quote is necessary for steps before a contract; general correspondence and protecting the website rely on the legitimate interests of responding to enquiries and preventing abuse. The form does not subscribe you to marketing. Without the required details, we cannot process the form; you can also contact us directly.
Security and technical data
A secure session and a short browser calculation protect the form. The server uses a hashed network address and submission counts to limit abuse. Hosting access logs may include your IP address, requested URL, time and browser information. Do not send passwords, patient data or other sensitive information through the form. No visitor profiling or automated decisions about access to Crillow services are performed; the anti-spam check may reject a form attempt, in which case email and telephone remain available.
Recipients and external sites
Enquiries are available to Crillow and the hosting and email providers needed to deliver and operate the service. The redesigned pages do not load advertising or analytics. When Google reviews are connected, Crillow's server requests review data from the Google Places API and sends the resulting review content to your browser; the visitor's browser does not contact Google for that request. Following a Google or portfolio link takes you to a third-party website whose own privacy and cookie rules apply. The private administration area may use Google Cloud Translation when configured to generate French drafts from administrator-entered website content; this does not add a visitor tracking service. The handling of data during a client project is separate and must be agreed for that project.
Retention
The website does not store a database of contact messages. The email copy remains subject to the time needed to answer and follow up your enquiry and, if you become a client, relevant contractual, legal record-keeping and dispute requirements. Contact Crillow for the retention arrangements that apply to your correspondence. The rate-limit file counts attempts per clock hour and resets on the first valid submission in a new hour; an inactive file may remain until the hosting system removes it. The form cookie lasts for the browser session. Language preferences expire after 180 days and can be removed below.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send your request to contact@crillow.be. You may complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority. A request may require proportionate verification of your identity.
